Mr. Marasigan is one of the pioneers at i-Pay Solutions Incorporated. He has been in the field of information technology since 1998 working as a system developer. At present, heads the bank integration team for i-Pay and he is responsible for the integration of ATM, POS and HSM Hardware messaging as part of his functions. He works closely with technical heads of different institutions. In his years of being in the field, he has gained knowledge in all sorts of system development using the different methods and implementation techniques given for integration.

Mr. Valencia is a graduate from University of Nueva Caceres, in Naga City with in computer science. Fresh from his graduation, he worked at Japanese firm for four years as senior programmer. There he focused more on developing inventory control system, payroll & accounting system. In 2006, he joined i-Pay Solutions and now the head for mobile and third party integration's department.

In 2006, he joined the company as a print graphic designer. His job revolved in creating business cards, flyers, brochures and card designs. With his passion as an artist along with his background and strong creative skills, in 2008 he was promoted as the head of the creative bureau. Marlon is now handling projects that involve Web sites, graphic user interface (GUIs), Kiosk Interface, logos, icons, flash animations, managing the whole i-Pay graphic requirements and supervising the design team.

Armed with a degree in electronics and computer technology as well as two TESDA licenses for computer technician and consumer electronics, Mr. Dela Cruz manages i-Pay’s network systems. He started his career in the IT industry in 1997 as customer support supervisor in a leading Philippine distributor of various IT peripherals, softwares, and equipment. He worked as a Network and System Administrator in the Caribbean supporting various hotels and resorts including one of the famous hotel Nikki Beach Resort in Turks and Caicos Island. Currently, he is involved in maintaining and support of Rex2 flat-form and ensures stable uptime of servers and network devices.

Mr. Santos has been in the call center industry since 2003. He honed his customer service skills from these years of experience from handling calls for healthcare programs to satellite TV installations. He started as one of i-Pay’s pioneer technical support representatives in 2008. Later on, he was designated as Subject Matter Expert (SME) and part of his major role is to handle trainings, prepare exams for the team’s evaluation and take charge whenever the team leader is not around. Pretty much, this has prepared him for the bigger picture. Presently at I-Payment Solutions, he holds the position of call center team leader.
