Maner Puyawan - President / CEO
Responsible for establishing i-Payments technical vision, Maner has successfully played an integral role in the company's strategic direction, development and future growth by providing visible leadership.With this vision and a degree in Computer Science, Maner manages the top-flight Development Team in his pursuit for great IT innovations. For the better part of the company, his goal has brought i-Payment Solution, Inc. into a vast competitive landscape.
Mark Soriano - Chief Technology Officer
A graduate of Computer Engineering, Mac has been in the IT industry for the past 6 years. He has worked in parts from various IT companies as web and software developer before working for i-Payment Solutions, Inc.
Today, as the Chief Technology Officer, Mac handles projects for i-Payments Solutions, Inc. Together with the IT team he makes sure that projects are maintained and supervised. Also, he makes sure that team members are doing their tasks and that all software solutions and web applications are executed the proper way.

Leo Acera - Head, System Development
Together with Mac, Leo works hand-in-hand with the development team as a Software Developer. He administers quality check-ups for all software solutions and web applications done by i-Payment Solutions, Inc.
A degree in Information and Technology keeps Leo abreast of all updates necessary for software development. Moreover, he has been with i-Payments Solutions, Inc. since its incorporation.

Debrielle M. Santos - Project Management Head
With an impressive track record in the project management scene since 2003, Debi is mainly responsible in supervising all projects and undertakings within the company. As project management head, she runs a steady workforce by applying an active personal participation in every of her Project Managers’ ventures. Between overseeing projects and keeping her PMs updated, she also manages Mobile Solutions projects.

Fitz Vanessa Lim - Project Manager for Program and Portal Development
Fitz joined the company last September 2007. Exposed in the call center industry for more than five years, Fitz’s first major project was leading and spearheading one of the biggest leaps of the company in terms of customer service: The Rechargeplus Call Center.
Presently at I-Pay Solutions, she shifted to managing the company’s CHP projects, exercises a hands-on approach on Portal Development and takes charge in the successful completion of a project’s goal and objectives.

Ringo Bautista - Project Manager for Special Projects and Coop Systems
Same with Fitz, Ringo joined I-Payment Solutions last September 2007. Experienced in the field of project management and client coordination for two years, Ringo introduced, conceptualized and developed a standardized Quality Assurance System.
From Quality Assurance, Ringo’s responsibility shifted to In-House Management. He is presently heading the implementation of the 5s Methodology and currently organizing and managing I-Pay Solution’s Cooperative Banking Systems Development.
Same with Fitz, Ringo joined I-Payment Solutions last September 2007. Experienced in the field of project management and client coordination for two years, Ringo introduced, conceptualized and developed a standardized Quality Assurance System.

Joining the company last August 2007, Joel is currently the Project Manager for the Merchant Accounts and Settlements of I-Pay Solutions. Joel introduced and organized the process for Supplier Settlements of Merchant, Suppliers, Processors and Partners.
Due to an impressive hands-on experience in the field of finance for 13 years, Joel was delegated to also head I-Payment Solutions’ Banking Integration project.

Presently at I-Payment Solutions, Lou acts as the Call Center’s Team Leader and at the same time, as the Team’s new project manager.
