The Card Management System (CMS) is a secure web application system encompasses a complete solution for prepaid card transaction processing offered to i-Pay’s Program Partners. Part of the CMS solution is to provide various functions in creating and managing the card programs account on a closed-loop environment. This system is a white-labeled, secure and easy interface to existing merchant partner’s existing infrastructure.
The solutions architecture on the Card Management System contains a super administrator, branch administrator, and branch user. Each has specific roles defined on the CMS during the implementation stage. These roles are parallel to the functionalities of the users, which provide specific limitations or usage inside the system in managing the prepaid card program.
- The Super Administrator functions are for upper level management that oversees all activities involve inside the CMS transactions. It provides greater controls by selecting the desired card management functionalities and limitations to the assigned users – the branch administrator and the branch user. The Super administrator can allocate numerous branch administrators and or users inside the CMS. This system is a web-based application that requires no integration to the existing program partner’s system.
- The Branch Administrator has control over the branch user/s. Branch admin can monitor the transactions of the created user within the designated branch. The set of card management functionalities allocated to the Branch Administrator will depend on the assigned Super Administrator..
- The Branch Administrator or the Super Administrator creates the CMS Branch User and will have access to the set of permissions defined by the Branch Administrator. At this level, s/he can only view of transactions generated by his own generated by his own account.
