REX2Report

I-Pay realizes the importance of accounting in this type of industry. In order to achieve a complete record of all transactions and money movement, I-Pay developed the REX2Report Platform. It filters out all data extracted from I-Pay’ databases and interprets it in a concise and clear manner. Just like the other REX2 Platforms, REX2Report was designed to perform maximum efficiency in administrative functions, recording activity all in giving real-time, statistical data.

Description

This platform enables merchants, issuers and the company administrators to view cardholder activity and transaction reports in real time from the company’s processor. The REX2Report has two sides: Reporting Function and Administrative Function.

Reporting Function

The reporting function mainly gives the user a complete and thorough record of all cardholder and card program activity. It lets the user view transactions done in a particular month, the number of transactions made, the volume of amount sent and the volume of currency used. Since this function is provided with a graphical representation of all data, tracking down the progress of a card program or card activity for a specific period has become more efficient and effective.

Administrative Function

The Administrative function has a broader scope of operation compared to the Reporting Function. Only assigned user administrators may access this function since an administrator is given the authority to make actual changes (edit, add and delete) in a merchant, partners, processors, services, suppliers, programs, country and user. This function also allows the administrator to create the merchant’s fee, settlement, clearing, as well as loyalty cards.
