In today’s age, the call center industry is rapidly evolving. Call Center uses a member of technologies to help improve its operation. More importantly, technology utilized provides ample support for its call center agents.

Overview

To give better service to our customers here and abroad, I-Pay recently established its own contact center to provide customer care and assistance. With its creation, I-Pay developed the REX2Support. The REX2Support is a call center interface designed to give our call center agents ample support in handling customer concerns over the phone.

Description

As mentioned earlier, the REX2Support is a call center interface developed to help our call center agents to assist customers and merchant partners over the phone. It is composed of different features and functions suited to assist our call center agents in respect to the support/assistance they will be giving out to our callers.

Functions and Features

Using this call center interface, our agents will be able to do the following:

  • View merchant/cardholder profile
  • Edit/Update merchant/cardholder profile
  • View linked cards
  • View transactions
  • Reset PIN
  • Reset password
  • Link/Unlink Card
  • Activate/Deactivate cards
  • Other related transaction for managing the issued accounts or system
